Running and managing a care company is not for the faint hearted, but there’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing you’ve made a difference. My brother Paul and I started this branch in 2009, and now we’re delivering over 4,000 hours of care each week and employing over 180 amazing people.
What drives me? It’s simple. I want to make life easier for people—whether they’re clients, commissioners, or their families. I’m all about being real, transparent, and upfront. And it’s this approach that’s built a service people trust and keep coming back to.
Through this site and my blog, Diary of a Care Manager, I share the real story—the good, the bad, and everything in between. No fluff, no sugarcoating. Just the raw, unfiltered reality of what it’s like doing this job. My goal? To give you an honest look into my world.
We believe in flexible, responsive care. The kind that doesn’t just stick to a script. Everyone’s experience is different—so why should their recovery be the same?
We take a collaborative approach because, let’s face it: we don’t have all the answers. But together, with our client's input and the expertise of our team along with other professionals, we can figure out what works best for our clients.
A one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work here. Our clients are not a checklist of symptoms or a number on a file. All our clients are individuals with unique challenges, strengths, and goals. If we can get that right—we can create a plan that’s built around them. And for an individual, that’s a lot more empowering than being told what you should be doing.
It’s not just about rehabilitation. It’s about respect. It’s about seeing the person inside the injury, rather than just the injury itself.
We’ve designed our rehabilitation packages to support recovery right where our clients feel most comfortable: their home. From physical therapy to emotional support, our care packages are built around client's unique needs, not some generic plan. We bring the support to the client, so they can focus on what really matters—rehabilitation, at their own pace, in their own space.
With the right support, we believe the individual can make it along their rehabilitation journey without losing their sense of self in the process.
That’s what we’re here for: to help clients recover and manage their rehabilitation the right way, at home, surrounded by the people and things that matter most. It’s a client's individual journey, and we’re here to make sure they have their own control over this.
If you’re ready to dicuss your needs or the needs of your client, let’s talk. Because rehabilitation doesn’t have to feel like a battle. With the right support, it can feel like the first step toward reclaiming quality of life.
